At Dajlatan Watch, we are committed to providing a premium shopping experience and complete confidence with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The watch must include all original packaging, protective materials, tags, manuals, warranty cards, documentation, and accessories
  • The watch must show no signs of wear, scratches, bracelet resizing, damage, tampering, or alterations
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The visible issue or defect

This allows us to evaluate the matter promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return has been approved, a new order may be placed for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union's right of withdrawal provisions, original standard delivery charges will be refunded.

We strongly recommend using a reliable, insured, and fully trackable shipping service, as Dajlatan Watch cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

Any customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, or additional charges incurred during the return process remain the responsibility of the customer.

If a customer refuses delivery of an order, any return shipping fees, customs charges, import duties, taxes, or carrier-related costs incurred may be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or banking institution.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Watches showing signs of wear, misuse, damage, tampering, or unauthorized repair attempts
  • Watches with resized bracelets or modified components
  • Items returned without original packaging, documentation, or accessories
  • Products returned outside the stated return period, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws
  • Returns sent without prior authorization

Uncollected Orders

If an order is not collected by the customer and is returned to us, the original shipping costs and any return shipping or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at support@dajlatanwatch.com within the 14-day withdrawal period and provide:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

After notifying us, you must return the item within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

For customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal within the European Union, original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
