What Is Covered Under Warranty?

  • Damage to the case, crystal/glass, bracelet, strap, clasp, crown, bezel, pushers, stem, or external components
  • Damage caused by exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines
  • Missing stones, gems, or decorative elements
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, resizing, or tampering
  • Any issue determined not to be caused by a manufacturing defect

Any damage determined to be caused by external factors, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorized intervention may void the warranty.

  • Return the watch for inspection

All warranty claims remain subject to inspection and investigation before any repair, replacement, refund, or other resolution is approved.
