All watches purchased from Dajlatan Watch are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty provided by Dajlatan Watch.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the internal movement of the watch under normal intended use during the warranty period.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the internal movement of the watch under normal intended use during the 2-year warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Water or moisture damage
  • Battery replacement or battery-related issues
  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, negligence, improper handling, or improper storage
  • Damage to straps, bracelets, clasps, crystals, bezels, crowns, pushers, or other external components
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, resizing, or tampering
  • Damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer instructions or water resistance guidelines

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation before any repair, replacement, refund, or other resolution is approved.

Warranty Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping a watch for warranty inspection or repair.
